1. About these terms
These terms apply to the GapperDesk website and its free channels. By using them you agree to these terms and to our disclaimer and privacy notice.
2. Education only
All content is general education. It is not investment advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. GapperDesk is not authorised by the FCA or the CMVM. You are responsible for your own decisions.
3. Free service
GapperDesk is currently free. We take no payments and offer no paid services. If that changes, separate terms will apply and will be shown to you first.
4. Community rules
- No personal advice requests or offers, and no “should I buy” or position-sizing questions.
- No pumping, coordinated buying, spam, referral links or promotion of other services.
- No impersonation, harassment or illegal content.
- Do not share or sell our content as your own.
We may remove content or members who break these rules.
5. Intellectual property
GapperDesk content, the name and the logo belong to the operator. You may share links and short quotes with credit.
6. No warranty and liability
Content is provided “as is”, may contain errors and may change without notice. To the extent permitted by law, GapperDesk is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, its content, including trading losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
